End of the Debate - Stop Arguing

I think the era for debating anything is over because the time of the gentiles has been fulfilled.... and because of that..."They will not teach again, each man his neighbor and each man his brother, saying, 'Know the LORD,' for they will all know Me, from the least of them to the greatest of them,'..." Jer. 31:34/Hebrews 8:8-12

Just like my gray hair… there are times and seasons for everything…. ages, if you will.
In 1964 the big bang theory was solidified by proof through Cosmic microwave background radiation;  whereby before that point, atheists pushed that the universe was infinite.  With this discovery of a starting point that mirrored the Word of God…. with the fulfillment of the Age of the Gentiles just 3 years later… are we paying attention to the times?

"And they shall not teach every man his neighbor, and every man his brother, saying, Know the Lord: for all shall know me, from the least to the greatest...." (Hbr 8:11)
What are many doing still trying to prove God with words then?

Proverbs 9:7-8 "Whoever corrects a mocker is asking for insult; whoever reproves a
    wicked person receives abuse.
Do not reprove a mocker or he will hate you; reprove a wise person
    and he will love you."

Perhaps asking for abuse?

No, I believe that it's not about proving anything with arguments anymore... now is the time to manifest the word and make it become flesh by 'doing greater works than these'…as He promised we ARE to do.

"I tell you the truth, anyone who has faith in me will do what I have been doing. He will do even greater things than these, because I am going to the Father." (John 14:12)

Think about it… if we lay hands on a sick unbeliever and they are healed …and we share with them by whom they are healed in power and demonstration in the name of Jesus...  what is going to speak louder?

One of my favorite quotes:  "Preach the gospel at all times -- If necessary, use words."
--  Saint Francis of Assisi

How to we get to a point of 'greater works'?  Do we believe the entire bible or have we allowed the salad-bar mentality of the age to pervade our understanding?

In 1 Corinthians (12:4-11) Saint Paul speaks of gifts of the Spirit.  He even mentions twice that these different giftings are "THE SAME SPIRIT".

•words of wisdom
•words of knowledge
•faith
•healing
•miracle-working
•prophecy
•distinguishing of spirits
•tongues
•interpretation of tongues

These things have not passed away.  How many churches have decided that everything but 'faith' has passed away because everything else seems uncomfortable to them?  If they are 'bad' or passed away, then you had better throw out faith as well… but I ask you again…. where do greater works come from-- these works that will bring our Jewish brothers and sisters to the revelation of Jesus…Yeshua, the Messiah?

Romans 11:11  "I say then have they (the Jews) stumbled that they should fall? God forbid; but rather through their fall salvation is come unto Gentiles, for TO PROVOKE THEM TO JEALOUSY."

I'm going to tell you right now that each of these giftings are very alive and well and if you do not eagerly desire them, or if you believe but do not exercise them… you better have paid attention to the scripture of the 'talents' (Matthew 25:14-30; Luke 19:12-28) because you either use it, or you lose it.

I have heard a story of a man that earnestly desired the gift of tongues, and it took him 18 months before he received it...

1 Corinthians 12:31  "But earnestly desire the greater gifts. And I show you a still more excellent way."

...You better believe most of that time was spent reprogramming from believing 'Oh, tongues aren't for everybody'.    People… deprogram!  Get away from the lies of satan and the disbelief of man.
"Ask, and it shall be given to you; seek, and you shall find; knock, and it shall be opened to you. "For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it shall be opened. "Or what man is there among you, when his son shall ask him for a loaf, will give him a stone? "Or if he shall ask for a fish, he will not give him a snake, will he? "If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more shall your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!"  Matthew 7:7-11
Take off the Rose-colored glasses!
Dude… My Mom & Dad say it's fake…
Dude… my church doesn't do that stuff….
Dude… my pastor says that's all passed away
Dude (*eureka!)… it's right here in the Word of God… why didn't I ever see this before?

These gifts are for everybody… how bad do you want it bride?

Are you going to listen to man or are you going to sit at the feet of Jesus and learn like Mary did.  Or, are you going to continue to run around and do a 'good thing' by defending God with your words like a Martha? Are you going to do the better thing?

The young rich ruler came to Jesus and asked, "What must I do to inherit eternal life?"  How did Jesus answer him?  He said "You know the commandments…"
How many of you 'know' the Word of God like the young rich ruler did… but Jesus is asking you to drop everything…. all those mindsets and not follow doctrines of men.  "Get rid of it all and follow Me", He says.  "Taste and See", He is saying in this hour… but people will not take those glasses off.  They are not hungry for 'greater works'… in fact the enemy has pelted them with the phrase 'lying signs and wonders' so much, that they are afraid of anything supernatural.  They have been programed not to "Prove all things; hold fast that which is good." [1 Thessalonians 5:21] People would rather attack me for taking the rich young ruler story out of it's financial context than to understand that He gave me this scripture to speak to apologists out there… that it's time to go deeper.

Is apologetics dead?  God gave me an example…. you know those 'snuggie blankets'?  Well, by the end of last year, everyone was getting them… they are still all the rage because now you can find them cheaper & all over the place… but like any fad… once the market is saturated, then it will decline unless it changes with the times.  Sure… be a defense for God, but picking stupid fights instead of growing in the anointing to say, "God is real, let me show you with His tangible presence, because I am a living ark of the covenant" --now that is the evolution of apologetics.

Remember my gray hair?  I am changing and there's nothing I can do about it.  "Color it", you say… a person can only hide 'the truth' for so long, but God not only knows how many hairs are upon my head, but there is no hiding the truth from Him.  God says 'greater works', and people, there is something you can do about it.

In Zechariah 14 it says all will keep the feast of tabernacles "or else"…  this hasn't happened yet, but do you see that we need to begin to step inline with where God is going?  Believing His word and what He says, and therefore conforming to it.  Do something about it!

Let me pray for you…
