Glimmer of Hope

So today at work I figured a new trick of the trade, and God spoke volumes during it...

During one facet of work I really can't see what I'm doing very well and so the process is painfully slow.  I need to use both my hands so I cannot hold a flashlight.  Though I have access to a headlamp, I'd have to freeze my head in position to focus that beam & it'd only lead to a stiff neck!
So today I realized that just before the container is too full, a slight reflection of light bounces from 'somewhere' to cue me when to stop.

This is a grand discovery because previously I was slow and overcautious... you know how you see those cooking shows and the people that don't get their food cooked in time are the ones that opened the oven door too many times and let all the heat out?
Ya, like that.... that constant worry and over-cautiousness led to very slow productivity.

And so He chimed right in at my 'cool' discovery and said to 'pay attention'.  So I thought about each element... of how when the days are dark and we can't see what we are doing... how the only way to know the way is by that reflection or glimpse of His light bouncing off of anything:
"..by their fruits you shall know them.."  Matthew 7:16

"Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows."  James 1:17

I thought about how when we are worrying, how unfruitful we can become.  How heavy-laden with doubt and depression!
But conversely, how seeing such a small glimmer can give us drive and hope to carry onward no matter how far off it is.

As I clung to that 'glimmer' I found myself racing through work, and delighted to finish in record-time.

And lastly, I realize how easy it was a thing to miss!  It's taken me how long to notice what's taken me from 'putt putt putt' to 'zoom zoom zoom'?!  And that's the amazing thing... now since I've 'got it' I can never look back.  I've suddenly went from what seems light-years ahead overnight. I know 'better'.... I know the good thing to do... the BEST thing to do.  It's my benchmark now.  I can confidently say I'm efficient; I'm a good worker because it's the best I've got to give.

When we know and trust who He is, and believe who He says we are, things really get done in the Kingdom.  Like that 'glimmer' it only takes the faith as small as a mustard seed to move that mountain.  Are we earnestly looking for change; for improvement, or are we looking so hard at that 'issue' that we miss the glimmer?  When we look at Goliath do we remember Jesus is much 'bigger'?

Expectant Faith, Expectant Hope…. He's there, the answer is there... just latch on to that glimmer of hope and never turn back!

The Great Falling Away, No Match for Truth!

I received an email from a frazzled person worrying about mandatory RFID chip implants based on an internet hoax, and so I wanted to multiply my thoughts on the real roots of 'being ready' because there are many out there with the same concerns...

They sent a copy of the hoax with this:
"The Choice and the Chosen" by F1
"Oh my gosh.  I heard about this when I was a kid and my Dad read from the Bible.  Now is it coming--I hope not..."

My Thoughts:
No, always check on snopes or truthorfiction…. it's just more hype.  The great falling away will come first…once that happens people won't have faith in the scriptures anymore and then this stuff will be welcomed… esp. if there's terrorism, war or disaster to 'distract'.  The only way to ward off the love of many growing cold right now is by clean'in house (do that St. Augustine's guide)-- and this is essentially the *parable of the virgins (keeping the oil filled & the wicks trimmed) and by actually reading the Word of God.

In the Word is says "Faith comes by hearing & hearing by the WORD of God" - Romans 10:17…. so, the only way to grow in faith is by feeding on the Word.  That's what concerns me; it's imperitive that we all be READING it, because it says the delusion will be so strong…. if you don't make an effort to know Him, will He not say:  "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; DEPART FROM ME, YOU WHO PRACTICE LAWLESSNESS.'" Matthew 7:23???

Having the baptism in the Holy Spirit is so very important because we need to hear God's 'Okay' on everything to be safe in the last days.

I have an example…. just recently, a person offered to help me in spreading my ministry.  Frankly, I've been praying for ministry help for years because it's exhausting sometimes… so it would SEEM an answer to prayer.

So when I prayed I heard God say 'the devil is in the details'.  Well, I sure saw no bad fruit from this person 'yet', so then I began to wonder (because of what my flesh wanted) "Did I hear God?" (hee hee, He tests those whom He loves)…
Even with that mild plague of doubt I didn't consent to a "Yes, let's do this", but instead decided if the 'devil is in the details', that I would simply talk to this person & get to know them.  I resolved to go with what I 'heard'.

As I got to know them I began to see bad fruit, in that they harbored a spirit of 'fear'…and when I shared with them that, & that they needed to do some spiritual housecleaning to remove that fear…. they went ((nutzoid)) on me & not only was fear there, but pride & all sorts of nasties as they went from a 'God told me to help you' to a full blown attack on me..
[I still find it funny that if 'God told me to help you'… then why aren't they obedient to still do so? Suddenly, 'help' has been twisted to 'correct'.  (Pride says 'my way or the highway').]

So anyways…. I hear from God just fine & when the delusion comes in all it's good looking splendor…. I will only be listening to what the Holy Spirit says within, because you can bet it will appear all glorious & everything everyone wants… but the key is in what the Holy Spirit says about it.  If we can't hear God in the little day to day things… we aren't gaining the talents of the kingdom.  If we are instead burying them…
Matt. 25:29 "For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away."
…and that's why the great deception will be so great…we will have to go thru some ugly times, but that the spirit of God that's everywhere --His abiding grace-- will be removed as per this scripture:
2 Thessalonians Chapter 2 verses 6-8
"And now you know what is holding him (the "man of lawlessness") back, so that he may be revealed at the proper time. For the secret power of lawlessness is already at work; but the one who now holds it back will continue to do so till he is taken out of the way (my interp. of --His abiding grace--). And then the lawless one will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus Christ will overthrow with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming."
….but --His abiding grace-- NOT removed from the ones that have the baptism in the Holy Spirit….because how else shall 'greater works than these' happen? No, I believe that when this happens, this will be fulfilled:
Matt. 25:29 "For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away."
Doesn't the great deception amidst the promise of 'greater works' make more sense now?
* Isn't it interesting that the Parable of the Virgins appears right before the parable of the talents?
Do you realize what this is really saying?----->  A great exchange is about to happen!

The question is.... are you ready?

How important is it to be in the Word of God?
"...because they did not receive the love of the truth so as to be saved. For this reason God will send upon them a deluding influence so that they will believe what is false, in order that they all may be judged who did not believe the truth, but took pleasure in wickedness." 2 Thess. 2:10b-12

Healing your Soul Wounds

We like to say that we are 'Christians' and have the promises of God--- doing all the 'right things' saying all the 'right things' and putting that face on for the world to see.  But we know...
"The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it? I the LORD search the heart, I try the reins, even to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his doings." Jeremiah 17:9&10
So the 'catch' is: "...even to give every man according to his ways and according to the fruit of his doings..."  So if we are not having victory in an area... it may even be as simple of a thing as placing that yoke upon Him.  He who searches your heart... have you consciously  invited Him in to heal those painful wounds of life... even the places where you did no wrong but were victimized?

Satan loves to attack the innocent by trying to get them to believe that somehow they deserved it or asked for it.  The unfortunate thing is that we either stand with God or align with the enemy... so even if we were victimized, if we then fall and believe what satan says about us instead of God's truth... we need to repent of those things and invite Jesus in to ...search our heart, to heal us and make us whole.

"Heal me, O LORD, and I shall be healed; save me, and I shall be saved: for thou art my praise." Jeremiah 17:14

We often like to put up a 'front' like everything is 'okay'... but Jesus wants us to be REAL.  He wants us to dig up and talk about those things that hurt and wound... because He wants to take them away.  Won't you cooperate with Him today?

In the occult and want out? Here's a prayer for you:

“Jesus, I’ve looked everywhere and have no peace.  I need your help.... I submit myself to you because I’ve heard you are a deliverer and in the bible it says of You: ‘He healed them all’.  I need healing in my soul.  I need Your protection. Please forgive me and what my ancestors engaged in that separated us from You.
I receive all You have for me... and by the power of Your conquering death and resurrection break any and every occult tie that opposes You---the One True God--- by the power that is in Your name JESUS.
I recognize the price that you paid for me...  I am forgiven, I am Your beloved and I do  receive Your free gift of salvation. Now my rebellion and those of my forefathers are erased because You paid the debt for me/us at the cross. I thank you that I am your child and in Your Name of JESUS, I declare I AM FREE.”

Free indeed.... congratulations!  Feel free to contact us if you said that prayer-- for prayer, counsel and encouragement  : )  For starters.... destroy (not give away or sell--DESTROY) EvErYtHiNg or anything of the occult in your midst--even family heirlooms.

...And consider reading Derek Prince’s book “Blessing or Curse - You can Choose”, to understand ‘why’.

Is Deliverance a Scam?

Q: "Jesus Died For All Are Sins, Right? Well what is this (referencing a video recording of a deliverance session in an institutional church), an official church healing a person that is possessed by a demon??? I thought Jesus Christ saved us, or is it some sort of money scam?"

A: Deliverance is a real ministry of Jesus that He taught us to do, just like healing....these that He performed within the 'church' of believers (first the body of Christ...but then to whomever also came to him) & this ministry hasn't passed away. In my Spiritual Housecleaning Series playlist, I give people understanding about it... and show how the enemy can gain access into our lives and then teach how we can be delivered from any access the enemy has. The original greek doesn't imply 'total possession' (as the KJV and many modern bibles seem to imply) when speaking about deliverance, but points to areas of access within our personality. And you can see this.... an angry man that continually belittles his wife all week long but professing Jesus and despite often repenting...the cycle continues..... why? He needs delivered. The same with people that exaggerate or tell lies.... ones that can't kick an addiction and so on.

In the video you showed me, they tied the person down as if they were strapped into an electric chair... and I don't agree with that (reminds me of the 7 sons of Sceva, LOL); for if we have received the baptism of the Holy Spirit (an event separate from water baptism & also separate from initial 'salvation in Jesus' experience), thus having the infilling of the Holy Spirit... then we don't need to strap people down etc. Although this stuff does work...because the name of Jesus is powerful, and binding and loosing are the 'how to do it' (remember the Word doesn't return void but the real key is do we have HIS authority?)..... if we surrender and allow the Holy Spirit to lead the deliverance.... they- (the accessing spirits), bow because of the authority we speak on Jesus' behalf.

It's sad because this was a HUGE ministry of Jesus that the 'church' at large has swept under the rug, and yet HE taught us what to do & never told us to stop...no, He said we'd do 'greater works than these'.

I share my personal deliverance experiences throughout the series. It's 12 vids... a lot to ask in watching them all, but if it bears in your spirit...do give them a try:

I really admire when people search and ask questions... because most only believe what they are church-fed. I encourage everyone to dig in to the Word FIRST (making Jesus as King--not a church institution) and then ask Jesus to guide to the answers. Even if you don't believe what I have to share, I am content in that testifying is enough because He does the rest. : )
